An arolla pine mill for the OIKO-Bankhaus
From now on, the OIKOPOLIS value chain knows a new and nearby intermediate step related to bread grains: on the 22nd of August, the new mill made out of massive arolla pine was delivered and installed at the OIKO-Bakhaus.
The new mill weighs nearly three tons and is three meters high. The two millstones are made out of marble from the Greek island Naxos and will grind the organic wheat to wholemeal flour. The quality will be consistent throughout the year, which reflects positively on the production of bread - which in return makes our clients happy.
